• Most international orders are delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on:
• Your destination country
• Local customs processing times
• Shipping method used
• Please note: Delivery delays caused by customs inspections, weather, or courier operations are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight.
• For alternative carriers (e.g., EMS), shipping times and costs may vary.
4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
• Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees depending on your country’s laws and regulations.
• These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
• We cannot predict or control these charges, and they may be collected at the time of delivery by your local customs office.
5. Address Accuracy
• Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including postal codes, apartment numbers, and contact details.
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
• If a package is returned to us due to:
• An incorrect address
• Refusal to pay customs duties
• Failure to claim the package from customs or the courier
• The customer will be responsible for:
• Re-shipping fees, and/or
• Any additional costs incurred in the return process
• Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
