• Retention Period: Deleted immediately upon account deletion, except for transaction records retained for five (5) years as required by law
For Orders (Members and Non-Members):

• Mandatory Information: Customer’s name, address, phone number, email, and recipient’s information (name, address, and phone number)
• Optional Information: Delivery notes or messages
• Purpose: Processing payments, order fulfillment, and delivery
• Retention Period: Retained for five (5) years in compliance with legal requirements
