Refund policy

At Secondtrack, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our vinyl records. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping, but due to the nature of vinyl manufacturing and international logistics, certain variations or issues may occur. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility
    •    Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.
    •    Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and inserts intact.
    •    Opened or damaged items by the customer may be ineligible for return unless a significant post-opening defect is identified.

2. Limited Edition Items
    •    Limited edition products may be returned within the eligibility period.
    •    Exchanges are not guaranteed if items are out of stock.

3. Return Shipping
    •    For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
    •    For defective or incorrect items, Secondtrack will cover return shipping fees.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions
The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
    •    Minor cosmetic wear on outer sleeves or jackets from shipping (e.g., slight corner dings or creases)
    •    Manufacturing characteristics such as:
            •    Color inconsistencies
            •    Marble/swirl pattern variations
            •    Production marks (e.g., streaks, spots, or small center holes)
            •    Slight warping that does not affect playback
            •    Surface noise, especially in colored, splatter, or picture discs
            •    Playback issues on portable or entry-level turntables (Please test on a turntable with adjustable tracking force)
    •    Product images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only—the actual product may vary in appearance due to these manufacturing characteristics.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your record arrives significantly damaged or defective (e.g., unplayable warping, deep scratches):
    •    Contact us at hello@secondtrack.kr within 7 days of delivery.
    •    Include your order number, clear photos/video, and a detailed description.
    •    We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or return approval at our discretion.

6. Return Process (If Approved)
    •    Items must be returned in original, unused condition.
    •    Refunds will be issued after the item is inspected.
    •    Ineligible returns or items that fail inspection will not be refunded.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
    •    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows them as delivered.
    •    Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure before placing an order.
